Yes! Shuttle service will be provided to and from the venue for guests staying at downtown Stillwater hotels and the Country Inn & Suites.

There is parking available at the venue. Kindly ensure that all cars are cleared from the property by 11:00 PM, as overnight parking is not allowed.

The reception ends at 10:00 PM, but if you're not ready to call it a night, we'd love for you to join us downtown! Hop on the shuttle to downtown Stillwater and continue celebrating with the bride and groom.

We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event based on venue capacity limitations. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night! And appreciate your understanding.
