Shuttles: Lorenz Bus Service

Shuttles will be available to transport guests from the hotels to the venue before the wedding and back to the hotels at the end of the night.

If you are staying elsewhere in downtown Stillwater, you are welcome to walk to one of the hotels below and take the shuttle from there.

Shuttle arrives: 3:00 PM

Country Inn & Suites

Shuttle arrives: 3:15 PM

Hotel Crosby

Shuttle arrives: 2:55 PM

Shuttle departs: 3:10 PM

Water Street Inn

Shuttle arrives: 3:12 PM

Shuttle departs: 3:15 PM

End-of-Night Shuttles

8:30 PM – First shuttle will depart the venue and take guests back to the hotels.

10:15 PM – Final shuttle will depart the venue and take guests back to the hotels and downtown Stillwater for continued celebration with the Bride and Groom.

For guests planning to use Uber or Lyft at the end of the evening, we recommend taking the shuttle to downtown Stillwater first, as it may be easier to arrange a ride from there.
